Who we are

Westmont Distribution Group LLC (“Westmont”, “we”, “us”) is a Florida limited liability company operating westmontdistributiongroup.com. Our office is at 7901 4th Street N, Suite 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. This policy explains what we collect through this site, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

This is a business-to-business website intended for manufacturers, brand owners, authorized distributors and retailers. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

What we collect

We collect information in one place only: the inquiry form in our contact section. When you submit that form we receive the details you type into it —

• your full name;
• your company name;
• your work email address;
• your phone number, if you choose to provide it (this field is optional);
• the inquiry type you select; and
• whatever you write in the message field.

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or any other tracking on this site. We set no cookies. Our fonts are served from our own domain rather than a third-party font service, so simply reading this site does not report your visit to anyone else.

Our web host records standard server access logs, which typically include IP addresses, timestamps and requested URLs. These are generated automatically by the hosting infrastructure and are used for security and reliability purposes only.

Why we use it

We use the information from your inquiry to respond to you, to evaluate a possible wholesale relationship, and to carry on the resulting business correspondence. That is the whole purpose. We do not use it to build marketing profiles, and we do not add you to a mailing list on the strength of an inquiry.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We share it only in these limited circumstances:

• Our form processor. The inquiry form is delivered to us by Web3Forms, a third-party form-handling service. Your submission passes through their systems in order to reach our inbox. They process it on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
• Our email provider. Your inquiry arrives in, and is stored in, our business email account.
• When the law requires it. We may disclose information if compelled by valid legal process, or where necessary to protect our legal rights.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that lead to a supplier relationship are retained for as long as that relationship continues, and afterwards for as long as our tax, accounting and recordkeeping obligations require. Inquiries that do not lead anywhere are retained for up to 24 months in case the conversation resumes, and are then deleted.

How we protect it

This site is served over an encrypted connection, and form submissions are transmitted over encrypted channels. Access to inquiry correspondence is limited to the people at Westmont who need it in order to respond. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask us to provide a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to the address below and we will respond within a reasonable period. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, the California Consumer Privacy Act, or the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation — including the right to object to certain processing and, in some cases, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We honor those rights where they apply to you.

Because we do not sell personal information and do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no opt-out of sale or sharing for us to offer.
